Once you graduate from college it is almost a requirement to then look to get graduate jobs for a bit to give you a little bit of experience before throwing you out there into the job market. This both benefits the student and the employer. It gives the student invaluable experience while costing the employer nothing so they are more likely to be happy about your time there if they are asked later about how you performed on the job. They got free employment knowing that one day this time would come and they are likely to make you shine brighter than a diamond so that future college graduates come to them and give them more and more free employees for a limited time. So like I said it helps both the employer and the college graduate. It gives you some of the best experience possible to get ever. First hand experience is key when you are trying to get a job in your respective industry.
